Tattooish

I've been asked for pictures of my new tattoo, and I realised I haven't posted any pictures of it yet since I've been super busy the last couple of days (damn you christmas). However, it is not finished yet. I'm going back to finish it january 2nd. But here's a little sneak peak of how it looks at the moment. It's not the best of pictures, since I realised it's extremely hard to take a good picture of your own arm! But when it's finished I will have someone else take pictures of it so you can see the finished result. =)

Lime crime lipsticks

Since I was dead tired yesterday I didn't show you my Lime crime lipsticks, so will do a quicky now.

I really love these colours and the texture of the lipsticks. They are smooth and doesn't smudge that easily, so you can apply them just as they are or use a brush if you prefer.

They are really long lasting so you don't have to worry that you need to reapply after eating or drinking, which is one thing I haaate when lipsticks moves from your lips to the glass instead.

And of course they come in a gorgeuos purple case with holografic unicorn, how can you not love that?! ;D

I love the colour Chinchilla, which I've used everyday since I got it. I don't really know how to best describe the coulour, but it is grey with a violet undertone.

No she didn't is a really playful blue, I love this colour, can be easily matched with any colourful, or plain makeup.

 

Great pink planet. A lovely dreamy shade of pink. Just a must have. I love this shade of pink, and it goes with just about everything.  

Centrifuschia, a vibrant fuschia. I love this colour, and it's a complete match to my hair at the moment :D

Last friday I got my Lime Crime goodies that I ordered on their cyber monday sale, november 28th. My x-mas pressy to myself, since I've been such a good girl this year. Santa said I deserved some fabulous lip gloss and happy lipsticks. And I know better than to not trust santa!

To be honest this super cute box was almost enough to make me happy. The packaging alone makes it worth ordering from Lime Crime. :D


I bought 3 carousel glosses, 4 lipsticks and their eyeshadow primer. The one thing I regret is not getting the full set of the Carousel glosses (cheapskate), but I hope they will have enough so that I can get the other 2 colours after christmas. I just must have them! =)


It was really hard to decide which colours to get, since I didn't order the complete set. The only one I knew for sure that I wanted was the Candy Apple. A vibrant and deep ruby-red gloss with red glitter. I've been wanting something like this for years, but I have never found a product that was exactly what I wanted. I've  always had to mix red lipstick and various glosses to get it like I wanted, but now I don't have to anymore. Hooooray!
The other 2 colours I decided to go for was Loop-de-loop, a midnight sparkling blue. And Kaleidoscope, a deep plum purple with turquoise sparkle.

After having tried the glosses, I must say that I am absolutely in love with these products. They are waay above my expectations.
   Normally I'm not a big fan of lip gloss since they tend to feel sticky, but Carousel gloss doesn't. It is easy and smooth to apply, and have a faint scent of vanilla. And one coat is enough to get a full colour cover. Although if you use 2 or 3 coatings you do get a richer look.

Another thing that really surprised me about this gloss is how long lasting it is.
Last night I was out to a christmas dinner, and wearing candy apple. After the main course I went to the little girls room, and much to my surprise I didn't have to reapply my gloss. My lips were still looking as fabulous as when I left home!

Today I went to see the sketch of my tattoo, and it looks sooo awesome! She got all the details I asked for and more.  It's above my expectations. Only problem now is that it's a too long wait till next thursday. Can someone press fast forward please? :P

Bullying! :@

Watching this video made me cry. A teen, Jonah Mowry, that has been bullied most of his life has made this video. It is such an incredibly brave thing to do. I just want to give him a BIG hug.

I'm so moved by this. It is so upsetting to know that this is the reality of so many kids. And I honestly think that it's up to each and everyone of us to do anything we can to stop this.  Specially everyone that is a parent. The bullies have parents too. Would you be aware if your child was a bully?

For those of you that live in Sweden you can read more about bullying, and find out some of what you can do to help here -> friends.se  I am quite sure there is similar organizations in other countries too, and I urge you to find out. A small step for man, and all that you know...


I really hope this video reaches as many people as possible, and makes them open their eyes, to see what a serious problem bullying is.

New nails

Yes, actually. Completely new since they are as fake as Michael Jackssons nose, and they will also fall off one day. Quite soon, I'm sure.

I think they look pretty cool. As you can see they are silver with leopard spots. Guaranteed to bring a little glamour into your everyday life.
